Long hours spent with top-tier photographers, stylists, and creative directors have molded her into the dynamic talent she is today. But Joi’s ambitions go beyond her own aspirations. Currently, Joi is a senior at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), where she’s majoring in Psychology and minoring in Liberal Arts. Looking forward to her graduation in Spring 2025, Joi balances her academic pursuits with her modeling career, all while participating in The Iconic House of Saint Laurent’s Atlanta Chapter, where she shines in ballroom modeling.

Yet, Joi’s story is more than just modeling and fashion. A strong advocate for community service, she frequently volunteers with her father’s Masonic Lodge, contributing to programs like Toys for Tots, local clothing drives, Easter events, and AMVETS. For Joi, giving back is not just an activity—it’s a part of her life’s mission.

Artistic expression has also been a lifelong companion for Joi. A love for painting, coloring, and sculpting in her early years eventually led her to found “Joi Simone Cosmetics,” a brand where she showcases her artistry through custom wigs, nail designs, makeup, and special effects. Her brand reflects her unique vision, combining beauty and creativity in a way that speaks to her followers.

Looking ahead, Joi’s dreams are set on new horizons. She aims to take her modeling career to the next level, envisioning collaborations with high-end brands on campaigns, commercials, and international runway shows. Her dedication and ambition hint at a future where she will not only achieve these goals but set new standards in the industry.
