Thom Brodeur, an American businessman and brand builder, has carved out a unique niche in the beauty and pageant industries with his visionary leadership and commitment to empowering women. As the Founder and CEO of Brodeur Beauty, Brodeur has transformed the landscape of beauty by launching disruptive brands and creating platforms that celebrate the strength and elegance of women worldwide.

Brodeur’s impact extends beyond his role as a CEO. He is also the driving force behind Reina Belleza Universo, a prestigious international beauty competition recently rebranded as Queen Beauty. This rebranding reflects a fresh and modern approach to beauty, aligning with Brodeur’s philosophy of innovation and inclusivity. Recently, the Queen Beauty name has been licensed to the New York-based digital media and production company Elizabeth Miles, which recently launched The Queen Beauty Network—a streaming TV network dedicated to beauty, fashion, and pageant content.

Under Brodeur’s leadership, Brodeur Beauty has also expanded into coaching and talent development with sister company – Brodeur Beauties – a business specializing in personal branding, styling, and social media strategy for pageant queens, models, and beauty influencers. This coaching business has garnered international acclaim, helping women from all over the world achieve their dreams in the beauty industry.

Raised by a single mother – a veteran in the US Air Force who served during the Vietnam War, Brodeur’s personal life and career are marked by his unwavering support for women. As an outspoken advocate for leadership change and contract reform in the international pageant industry, he has been featured in prominent media outlets such as CNN, The New York Times, Business Insider, BBC and ABC’s Good Morning America and Nightline. His calls for a more equitable and transparent industry have resonated globally, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader.

Before founding Brodeur Beauty, Brodeur served as the CEO of Sky Wellness, a company specializing in health and wellness CBD products. Under his leadership, Sky Wellness expanded its product offerings and distribution, reaching nearly 3,800 retail locations across the United States.

Brodeur’s entrepreneurial journey also includes his tenure as CEO of Yandy.com, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s assortment and positioning it to a broader, mainstream customer base. During his time at Yandy.com, the company became the official swimwear and activewear partner to the Miss Universe® Organization serving both the renowned Miss USA® and Miss Teen USA® competitions.

Earlier in his career, Brodeur was the head of marketing for startup domain registrar, GoDaddy which later became popular for its controversial Super Bowl advertising, and unconventional marketing strategies.

Brodeur has been recognized in the Cambridge Who’s Who of Global Marketing Executives, by The Phoenix Business Journal as one of the 40 Under 40 as well as Most Admired Leaders and was a Phoenix Business Journal finalist for CEO of the Year. Brodeur also served as a co-host and judge of a regional startup pitch event with ABC’s Shark Tank star and founder of FUBU, Daymond John.

In addition to his accomplishments in business, Brodeur is a dedicated philanthropist and community leader. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including The American Electronics Association and The Arizona Technology Council, where he led efforts to rebrand and grow the state’s largest technology industry trade association. 

He also served as both Vice Chairman and later Chairman of the Board for one of the country’s largest LGBTQIA youth development nonprofits one*n*ten and served on the Board of Directors for both the Southwest Center and the Make-A-Wish® Arizona.

Brodeur earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics from Youngstown State University and holds two Executive MBA certificates from the renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Currently, Brodeur lives in the Pacific Northwest with his partner Sean, their two sons, three dogs, and three horses.
